Yes, there OBoehner!
Boehner has had a few too many spray-on tans. He needs to go.
That's all that matters.
1. You’re going nuts over a story in the LATimes, which is trusted here to quite a Republican correctly. You see the hazard here?
2. Define “immediate” and “crisis.” Yes, we have a problem. Yes, as some point out, it’s like the guy falling off of building — we don’t have a crisis until the last few nanoseconds. But we do have one coming.
3. And finally, you “can’t get there from here.” You can’t simply cut 40% of the budget in order to balance the thing, any more than you can increase tax revenues to immediately balance the thing. And I think the point here is that you can’t do stupid stuff you don’t need to do immediately.

Because if we don't do it, not only will they not get benefits, we will have a debt crisis right around the corner. We have time to solve our problems. But we need to do it now.
Don't fall for the MSM's spin.
He is simply pointing out that so long as Uncle Ben keeps buying treasuries there is no debt crisis. The Fed sticks them in that special stash, called “assets” in the Fed balance sheet that has no resemblance to assets because nobody is going to buy them from the Fed, there is no one more stupid than the Fed.
