An Iranian scientist has registered a time machine that he says will work with 98 percent accuracy. Ali Razeghi registered "The Aryayek Time Traveling Machine" with Iran's state-run Centre for Strategic Inventions, The Telegraph reports. He said the machine would use algorithms to predict the future of any individual, between five and eight years into their future. Mr Razeghi, 27, reportedly told Fars news agency he had been working on the project for the past 10 years. "My invention easily fits into the size of a personal computer case and can predict details of the next five-eight years of the life of its users. It will not take you into the future, it will bring the future to you," he said.

Bullshyte.
Time is a derivative function of state change which progresses relative to E within the inertial frame(s) that it is observed within.
