If this individual learned how to make IEDs, either by being trained or via online jihadist manuals, then he knew not to use a cell phone operationally for communications. Especially in the act of planting the IED, knowing that he was being filmed.

Finally turned on my scanner in Boston. Will report anything I understand.
One thing is certain...there is a power play between the different agencies handling the investigation IMHO.
Sadly, a handful of those billion hollowpoints and some good, genuine police work would have stopped this crime before it started. But that doesn't fit their mission, which is to demonize the conservatives.
They may need a few hours to scrub facebook page,twitter acct. and erase other interesting tidbits before name is
