Since I was able to run it back and forth to review it, I got a better listen to it than the first time - the guy identifies himself as being from "Turkish state channel", whatever that is, and asked if any "Turkish or international employees" were at the plant.

And my question still stands - what the hey was some foreigner doing at a rural farming community asking a whacked question like that?

That is a strange question especially in light of what happened last night. It sounds like the person asking was aware of a current threat from Turkish Nationals.
