Think anyone in Boston or Watertown wished they had a gun this week....especially with a capability to fire more than 6 rounds??

The question crossed my mind a couple of times.

Oh no!

Violence never solves anything!

I might shoot myself or a loved one!

I’m here in Kentucky, but I’m going to pick up my new carbine tomorrow. Darn thing has been on back order since two days after Christmas.

Seems like both suspects and police shot off a lot more than 6

I would like to think that these events would cause some people to see the light. It might do that for some, but the hardcore liberals will focus on the success of government (”seeing them all in action made me feeeeel safe”) and ignore the idea that they might have had to defend themselves if this b*****d had decided to set up shop in their home.

Anyone in Mass want a gun now?

Can liberals be trusted with sharp objects let alone firearms?

My cousin and her husband, both flaming liberals, were under the SIP order as they live about a half mile from the firefight area. They were holed up in their home... with a handgun.

Do as I say, not as I do.

I’m sad to say you’re probably more right than we think. I’ll bet we’ll hear a call for even more spending now.

No point really. MA gun laws are opaque and inconsistent from town to town.

There are few of us left with carry permits, and between the difficulty and expense of getting one, plus the prevailing attitude of marginalizing lawful gun owners, few will bother.

Oh damn, I guess I’ve fired all 6 rounds as the bomb-toting terrorist running into the yard where my kids are, so I’m just SOL.

Step out of your backdoor and fire off your 2 allotted rounds in your shotgun. Then you can go back in an watch American Idle/s. You’re safe now. Joe said so. F’n MORON.

Nope, there is a genetically mandated strain of stupidity there.

I have no doubt that everyone with a gun had it loaded and ready, however.

6 rounds? Took 20-30 rds to get this punk hiding and bleeding in a back yard boat. 30 rounds, that sounds reasonable and responsible.

How can you say gun control didn’t work in Massachusetts?. You’ll notice that not one person was shot when those bombs detonated.

I admit all the armored cars were handy but they cost a packet to use once in a blue moon. ‘Training’ is used as the excuse to buy more of these.

Sorry to be contrary but what’s the point of armor if its not used to safely advance on the fugitive?
