No, that is not the video I saw. And the picture of the man on the ground is not what I saw either. Thanks for trying to find the link. I’ve looked for the report and video with no results. I admit I’m not very good at searching for these. I saw the report around 5am central the morning the older brother was captured. It was Griff Jenkins of Fox News reporting live from the scene of capture and also showing the video he had gotten just shortly before.
My first reaction was, I wonder if it is true.

Or any of it, for that matter. The only thing we know for sure is that three people died and over 170 were injured. Dozens lost legs, feet...the toll is too grim to contemplate. A day of triumph transformed into tragedy. Meanwhile, the puppet masters pull the strings of emotion to manipulate a traumatized city into submitting to martial law. It doesn’t matter who really planted the bombs. The end result is always the same: The government gains more power, and we lose ever more of our freedom.

Seems kinda strange that the younger bro ran over his older bro...maybe he figured they’d both go out together (himself with police bullets) and it was too late to miss him when he saw the police scatter. Wonder why the police didn’t shoot at him? Oh, well...
