Why wasn’t he at least considered a top suspect after the bombing? They had video of the suspects. he would be a close match facial features, body weight, age, height.

I'm pretty sure he was. In fact they chased him down and killed him. If you are implying that every single person ever questioned by law enforcement should be maintained in an active surveillance database and monitored 24/7/365 then you are advocating a police state that I am certainly not interested in living in. Only the tinfoil crowd will be suggesting that the FBI let him go so he could commit mayhem. Whatever their reason for releasing him, the truth is hindsight IS 20/20. Newsbusters has recently been given to hyperbole. Business must be slow.
