IMHO. Women should not work in male prisons. Men should not work in female prisons. This simple rule would avoid a lot of problems.

There was a story here some time ago that talked about a jail in South America that is essentially run by the inmates... in fact, everyone on the outside even knows it but it still continues.
Control of a Baltimore prison was effectively handed over to a group of gang member inmates who seduced and bribed the female guards.

Oh hum....just another day in the People’s Paradise of Maryland and its “signature” city Baltimore. The guards will all be supported financially by the city if not re-hired.
Move to Maryland if you love corruption, crime and high taxes.
