Sen. Kay Hagan says there’s a "high-level meeting" at the White House today to discuss the rising number of sexual assaults in the military. The meeting will be led by Senior White House Adviser Valerie Jarrett and first lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, Tina Tchen, according to a statement from the North Carolina Democrat, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee.

first lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, Tina Tchen, Hmmmm...I wasn't area that the first lady's staff had any Constitutional authority to be involved in such matters, or even Jarrett herself.
