Eric Holder just ended a press conference.

As previously reported by Fox News:

Attorney General Eric Holder is recusing himself from the investigation into leaks made to The Associated Press, Fox News has learned.

Also, as CNN reported, Holder previously had recused himself from consideration of issuance of the subpoenas:

Attorney General Eric Holder recused himself from the decision to subpoena the phone records of Associated Press reporters, a source told CNN’s Jessica Yellin on Tuesday.

The approval fell to Deputy Attorney General James Cole, the source said.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said Tuesday that the White House had no knowledge of any attempt by the Justice Department “to seek phone records of the Associated Press.”

“Attorney General Eric Holder is recusing himself from the investigation into leaks made to The Associated Press”

Can we find him in contempt twice? Our reps and senators should demand Holders’ resignation TONIGHT.

How about if Holder recuses himself from the position he holds and just resigns ? He has been the worst , most devious and obfuscating USAG in U.S. history .

In Other words, he didn't dare investigate the Press that he himself had repeatedly leaked classified and politically damaging info. too. Oh how I hope the targeted someone that Holder had leaked stuff to. This is right up his alley.

What a bunch of BS.

DoJ rules require personal approval by the AG for investigations involving the media.

He has a conflict because HE himself used the press to leak information that was to the benefit of him or the White Hut.

He doesn’t want any of his bitches in the press to turn on him and rat him out.

Most likely it was he who leaked the story that started the whole Investigation to begin with. So they could then claim they needed to look thru phone and email records of the prestitutes.

Sooner or later one of the Vipers in that den is gonna get bit.

No kidding! There’s so much going on the last two days it’s getting harder to keep track of it all. I’ve never seen anything quite like this.

Why? To create plausible deniability.
