Obama recently warned the graduating class of Ohio State University to "reject voices" warning of government tyranny. It is clear that America is now under the rule of a regime that is immune from any form of punishment by Congress. Is that not Tyranny?

While it might be just barely possible to impeach Obama (only requires a majority vote in the House), it is impossible to convict him. The Senate Democrats are completely partisan (unlike ‘Pubbie idiots like Rubio and McCain) and would not convict Obama if he murdered someone in front of them while addressing the combined House and Senate.
Obama could hire a camera team from Fox News, get behind the wheel of a gas-guzzling 1960s-era muscle car, plow through a marathon of disabled children, pull a second-trimester baby from the womb of a white woman, snip its neck Kermit-Gosnell-style, drop trou, crap on the American flag, pick his nose and wipe it on the camera lens while reciting Muslim prayers in perfect Arabic... and he would still be untouchable.
Lose absolute majorities in the House and Senate. Then he will get whats coming to him.

There is absolutely nothing he could do to be impeached. I’ve said all along that he could murder Lebron James on live TV and the press would rave about how much his approval rating went up in Cleveland.

Before you attack me, let me say, “Why would you want to impeach Obama?” Remember kids that once the majority of American lost trust in you, you never can get it back and right now Obama is weakened political, which is very good for Conservatives as those Red State Democrats will soon have to make a choice, defend a politically weakened President or fight for their own political survival. A political weakened Obama is much better for 2014 and 2016 that a impeached and removed one, remember Nixon?

I don’t understand why people are so upset about Democrats being what they are and doing what they do. After all, the ‘conservative’ screams to vote for ‘lesser evils’ instead of principled leadership ensured Democrats have free reign to stomp us into the dirt.
Obama could be Kermit Gosnell going down for three counts of first-degree baby murder and he couldn’t be impeached. He could’ve pulled an Ariel Castro and held three women in a sex dungeon in the basement of the White Hut for ten years and he couldn’t be impeached.
The media will not allow it, the Democrats will not allow it, and the Permanently Aggrieved Underclass’s handlers will not allow it. And the Republicans don’t have the stones to even try it.
