His does one find out if their records were unlawfully obtained and can join this class action?
You can bet your bottom dollar, I will mine, that these ‘several’ are not just a group of ‘several’ but part of a cabal to not only have immediate consequences on some people but also to set the stage for the much wider use of government on other selected persons. There are corrupt and evil people throughout the whole web of government.
I’m not sure why the article has to specify California judges out of a pool of 10,000,000 people who had their record stolen. I’d bet this has a lot more to do with blackmailing / extorting corporations than any couple of judges.
BTTT a million times over!!!!
bkmk
There’s a timeline of the litigation at the bottom of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same-sex_marriage_in_California . By March of 2011 the issue was in the federal court, with the state courts having run their course.
all probablly will be the Accorn workers!
They would have to shut the whole place down for months to fire the number of people necessary to correct the problems.
And make everyone pay quarterly estimated taxes during that period. THAT would wake a lot of people up!
15 IRS agents stole 60million records? Sounds like it was their full time job.
Going to a physician that doesn’t use electronic records will be a very good idea from now on, especially for primary care. Paying out of pocket is also a good idea.
Not on the same subject but I’ve consistently thrown away the USDA farm census. I eventually got a call from some staffer asking if I got the forms. I said no. She said that they sent them to the same address as my tax return. I said I thought that was confidential information even between agencies and asked for her name so I could contact my congresscreep. She could not get off the phone fast enough.
This is a government worth of fearing.
“Not on the same subject,” but all parts of the same evil, ominous pattern and regime.
Your post is truer then most care to admit.

There is a real concern since a government agency has been used for data mining
Imagine what could be done with medical records , psychological testing , divorce records, credit reports ,etc.
Plus, there will soon be a massive government operating data mining center set up in Utah

NRO has picked up the story. http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/348382/irs-agents-stole-60-million-medical-records-legal-complaint-alleges
It is time to celebrate the Battle of Athens with a live action demonstration on a much larger scale.
