I chalked it up to sarcasm. OR, there may not be individual scholarships per se, but massive MI programs that encompass dozens, perhaps hundreds of the ‘afflicted’.
There are race specific scholarships. My friend just applied for a Hispanic scholarship. (I know that isn’t really a race) They also have Black only scholarships too.
It was clearly sarcasm by the first poster.
