Why is this a shock. No more of a “shock” than all the minority, HBCU, MIs etc. that get funding, both Federal and Private that reserves the boon to persons not of the Caucasian race.

I watched TV two nights ago and was surprised to see an ad for a black only dating website. Imagine if there was something similar for whites. Would the TV channel accept it?
