Jay Carney either (a) drinks, (b) takes massive quantities of drugs, or (c) is so desperate for a job that he is willing to stand in front of his “peers” (other insane “journolistas”) and spew this crap. There is another possibility that he is insane from spending too much time around hussein!

I lived and worked in DC long enough to know that guys like Carney THRIVE on being able to get away with saying whatever they want.
It’s not serious, just a game to him. If I were a qualified mental health professional I’d probably diagnose him as a sociopath.
