Given the complete resignation and lack of will to fight back, being expressed by the majority of posters on this thread, it's no wonder Obama is steam rolling over us.
In a way, Carville is right. Within 30 days, a lesser charge than treason will be presented by the compliant press and little barry bastard bouy will resign admitting to this lesser more nebulous charge, and black people will be in the position of rioting for a very unfocused reason (’our black president is a crook but he shouldn’t be made to resign ‘cause he’s just like the white crooks’), or not riot or support a small cadre of black community organized rioters under the grounds that they must not be perceived as a race of lawless slugs in our midst. I suspect the latter will be the response when Soetoro resigns in less than two months.
Last time he made a prediction he had to wear a garbage can on his head after losing.

In 30 days 0bama will announce that he is a gay basketball player and get on the cover of Sports Illustrated. All of the negative news about him will be forgotten.

My goodness, the British press is reporting that the Boston boy bomber wrote that the bombs were related to Obama’s actions in the Middle East. Why that means that nobody in America is safe! They blew up children and runners! Have you seen all the amputees? You could be a university professor on your way to visit that hot chick in your class, and you get blown up! You could be an inner city mother of four on your way to the grocery store, and you get blown up. You could be an EPA employee on your way to the Bahamas, and you get blown up. Why, Obama’s actions could get any American blown up!

I can just imagine you at Normandy: “We’ll never make it. Look at those cliffs. Look at those Germans shooting at us. Hitler is untouchable.”
None of us can do it alone. We need to get back to what worked, which is organizing in local and regional groups of concerned patriots, and standing up in public to make our grievances known.
The scandals we're now seeing from the regime, are the direct result of Tea Party activism in 2009 and beyond. It's how they fought back against what they viewed as a real and present danger to their power and agenda. We scared the hell out of them, and most likely could have broken their back by now, if we'd simply kept it up.
The answer is to get back to fighting them in the one way that actually gets their attention, and moves the ball down field. We must get out in massive numbers, and begin demonstrating again. Doing anything less, will make it far more likely that the next time we stand together, we'll be facing tanks and guns.
Carville’s message is meant to dispirit us.
And from reading the whiny, crybaby, defeatist, thumb-sucking posts I have read here, it is apparently working with some.
Carville is correct. There will be a frenzy with the mainstream media, but somewhere along the line, in a few weeks or so, they’ll intentionally steer this back to their support of Obama’s socialist and anti-family policies.
A month or so seems about right to me.
Rinos and Cinos, lapdog followers that they are in too many instances, will then pick up the lamestream news agenda and allow these to leave the front page.
The conservative, internet media will not let it go, nor will Hannity, Rush, Ingraham, and Malkin in the radio/cable media. O’Reilly is already ready to toss two of the issues overboard so “America” can “focus” on just one, Benghazi.
This forecast is based on: (1) No special prosecutor being appointed, and (2) No huge break in either story.
Since Obama controls special prosecutors, he’ll never allow it.
The idea of a huge break is hard to define, but a smoking gun pointing to a cabinet level or higher official will qualify.
If Obama is forced to resign I will consider it a victory on that front, but if the press remains in charge of what gets legal attention and what dies on the vine, then the country will be lost anyway.
Everybody is dancing around the real issue, with all this stuff. What needs to come out in the very near future is the fact that the press has been threatened with FCC/FEC annihilation if they reported Obama’s ineligibility. The leftist press basically said that if it was Bush who was doing these threats it would be bad but because it was Obama they would self-censor for his sake. The “conservative” press was figuratively forced to rape its own sister in full view of everybody - had to mock and ridicule the very people that these threatened entities KNEW were right! This is disgusting, it is dangerous, and it needs to become public knowledge immediately.
Because that is what has really been going on with our country. The narratives are being set by a compliant liberal AND “conservative” press because they were threatened. And the meme that they were supposed to keep coming up with was the exact opposite of what they all knew to be true: that anybody who says the country has been taken over in a vast conpsiracy is a crazy person who shouldn’t be trusted. Glenn Beck knows full well the country has been taken over in a conspiracy. They all do. But at knife-point they have been required to mock those who speak what they know is true.
We can’t call Benghazi what it is, because that would be a “conspiracy theory”. We can’t call the IRS and AP stuff what it is because that would be a “crazy conspiracy theory”. We can’t call the deaths and following desecration of the Navy SEAL Team 6 what it was because that would be a “conspiracy”. We have to talk about “cover-ups” and not about what is being covered up because whatever is being covered up is “conspiratorial”.
The fact is that we have 2 major enemies who have sworn to destroy us from within: the communists and the Islamists. Obama and his handlers have been intimately associated with those 2 groups from time immemorial. Breitbart died on the very day he swore to come clean to the American publc with the whole story, regardless of whether it cost him his “credibility”. He figuratively said “Screw these rules” and hit the ground dead before he could say another word. Glenn Beck has the same mindset and had to leave Fox because of threats to his secretary, because Fox wouldn’t provide protection for her.
Until we address what has happened directly to the press, people are never going to understand what is going on. You don’t put a patient under general anesthesia if you don’t intend to do surgery, and the public needs to know that the entire media was knocked out COLD by this regime and it was for one reason: this regime conducted a coup while the supposed “watchdogs” were anesthetized and the public was left vulnerable to lies. Threatening to destroy anybody who reported on Obama’s ineligibility is a conspiracy. It’s been documented. It needs to become common public knowledge, before anybody can understand what is going on with any of these other “stories”.
He’s right. When the media stops caring (which they will shotly), the scandal will go away. Just watch.
I don't agree with him, actually. I've been wrong before, but the media have felt a little used and abused by 0bama's staffers for some time now - the paucity of press conferences, the fecklessness of the boy wonder they've had to listen to as his press spokesman, the travel arrangements, the clear delineation between the favored and the rest. If 0bama doesn't lose the Nixon label he's going to have a very rough four years, with You Know Who just waiting for him to screw up so she can take an adversary posture. She isn't a member of his administration anymore, although a lot of people appear not to have noticed. It wasn't accidental. You get an administration this obviously corrupt, you run against it, and if you can be a Dem running against it while the Republicans hold back in a McCainesque pose of idiot bipartisan chumship, you have a winning campaign. "Hope and Change" may make a return wearing the Hillary label.
