McCain = Douchebag

I salute Apple for denying the government every penny it legally can.

They owe it to their shareholders to avoid every last cent that they can legally.

If they didn't, shareholders would be filing a lawsuit against the Apple Board of Directors.

So true...and the government has forced businesses and corporations to become their tax collectors!

Did they break any laws? If not, this story is not about Apple, it’s about how screwed up our tax system is.

Apple Avoids Most Income Taxes

Let's accept that as fact. Congress writes the tax code Apple is required by law to follow when it computes its taxes. Do you blame Apple for using the tax code or do you blame Congress for writing it?

It is the DUTY of the officers of the company to make the most profit as possible to their shareholders.

Does that include doing business with communists?

If it is legal, YES. If the shareholders don’t like it they can put in a new BOD.
