Congress cannot indict anyone. They won’t be threatening that because they can’t do it. And, the federal legal system is now in the hands of the Obama DOJ, therefore even a criminal referral from Congress would fail there. The only possibility would be that a federal prosecutor might cut a deal with a “fall guy” and give him/her a slap on the wrist, to make it appear someone had been “held accountable”, but the high, high ups would appear exonerated.
Hmmmmmmm....sounds like the ‘low level rogue employees’ that didn’t listen to their superiors better be prepared to go to jail.

Just as I suspected and DoJ in Cincy or DC is probably the same thing...
So if it goes along the process as you described, we get a position of crimes not prosecuted and a pile of what now...

Jordan draws the inference, from Shulman’s words, that the bulk of Shulman’s visits to WH were for the implementation of Obamacare, and the IRS started the targeting of conservative groups the VERY MONTH Obamacare was passed (March 2010).
