HOLDER LIED TO CONGRESS On His Role in Investigating News Reporters (Video)

The House of Representatives Judiciary Committee called in Attorney General Eric Holder to testify last week on the AP reporters scandal.

During testimony under oath Eric Holder told Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) that targeting journalists was bad policy and something he’d never been involved in.

This is what Holder told Congress:

“First of all you’ve got a long way to go to try to prosecute the press for publication of material. This has not fared well in American history… In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.“

Tonight NBC News reported that Eric Holder approved the search warrant for Fox News reporter’s private emails.

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday

Prosecute is the the key word. He can probably weasel out by saying it was an investigation, not a prosecution of Rosen in court.

Congress will do NOTHING.

They are too involved with their kiddie brothels,
their treason, their sudden appearing money from
America’s enemies, and their popularity with the
treasonous MSM.

But, it doesn’t matter. None of the scoundrels will spend a day in jail. With the time it takes to even prosecute any of them and have a sentence delivered, they will be under endless appeal and when Barry leaves office (if he ever does) he will name them in a long list of Presidential Pardons after this term.

Get used to it folks, out nation as founded is forever gone.

The problem is, there is no penalty for AG Holder lying to congress. At least none that will be enforced.
He is the first AG to be held in Contempt of Congress. What was the penalty?
Same as the penalty for every high ranking Washington politician. NOTHING! They just go back to the office and send out a press release about how they were singled out because they are; Pick one. black, homosexual, Hispanic, female, left handed or any of a hundred other protected classes. Then back to the corruption that is Washington.

Holder to declare that as AG he couldn’t respond to what he knew about an ‘ongoing investigation’ and therefore, he didn’t lie, in 3.....2.....

I’m sure that he will investigate himself as soon as he’s finished writing his own pardon.

We may huff and puff and TYPE IN CAPS but you are correct. It is over. It is somewhat “mindblowing” that we have reached this point so quickly.

The poser in chief lies every day about the color of the sky all the time securing the chains that we paid for with the sweat of our brows.

Human hunters will soon be used to slaughter innocent men women and children here in America just as we have done all over the world.

Reaping and sowing is Gods law and we are about to reap what we have sown.

Can congress do anything ? They held him in contempt but judge refused to act. If he’s charged with perjury is the same process in place?

“Press” is the key word: Holder doesn’t think Fox News — or any entity that opposes Administration policy — is legitimate. Speaking on behalf of the Administration, Anita Dunn has made that very clear.
