Oh I agree, and I still think that El Rushbo is the master of all of talk radio. I just think that maybe he could use a week of R&R... a change of pace. Some of his shows have been kind of stale lately, IMO. Some have been fantastic, though...

I'm usually the first to complain when Rush takes time off. I can't remember the last time he took a week off (Christmastime?), so I think it's been awhile. I'm still impressed that he took virtually no time off during the run-up to Election 2012.

At the beginning of the show today, there was some confusion as to whether Rush would be in tomorrow... I think he said he will be out (Steyn is already booked for tomorrow), so he's using today as an "Open Line Friday"...
