Congress still hasn’t gotten documents that they’ve asked for, pertaining to Fast & Furious.

DOJ's refusal to respond to subpoenas was sent to Federal District Court. The arguments have been made and a decision is due shortly.

It will almost certainly favor the Committee and force Holder to turn over the requested documents -- or face Contempt of Court charges (a bookend for his current Contempt of Congress charge).

At the same time, President Obama's absurd claim of "Executive Privilege" for discussions he claims he never had with Holder regarding F&F will probably be shot down.

Fast & Furious will be back on the front-burner in short order.

You would think the top attorney in the land would show some dignity and bow down.. And bow out. But Nooooooooooo, he’s got to stay in there and show us AND CONGRESS that they are now totally UNACCOUNTABLE TO ANYONE. Can you say ‘Dictatorship’??
