I like Beck, but he could do with less hyperbole.

And drama. Can't say I like him or dislike him, but his rambling emotional monologues prompt me to turn off the radio and do something else instead.

Yep. There are times he will get on a roll and show the talent and ability that has gotten him to where he has taken himself.

But, when he gets weepy or their threesome attempts at humor go pathetic, I have better options.

Beck has earned the wrath of his like minded critics as well as that from those on the other side whose cause he has damaged and exposed.

We ache for a champion to take up our cause and defeat the Beast before it kills us.

No matter how close they get or how valuable their contribution to the fight, we take our frustrations out on those in our queue of champions who fail us, especially if they tease us first before they fail to deliver on their dramatic promise.

Selling is hard.
