It is not just the man on the street who is worried his health insurance premiums will skyrocket next year when the full load of the Affordable Care Act’s provisions go into effect. Dozens of lawmakers and their aides are so worried their health insurance will reach unmanageable levels that they are thinking about retiring early, or even just quitting. Obamacare’s mandates will cause their government-subsidized premiums to disappear at the end of this year.

The country would be far better off with a 50% turnover every Congressional cycle.

Actually, it was the liberal governments with taxation up the wazoo in the 60’s that caused a brain drain far more reaching than just in medicine. They lost engineers, technical people, the wealthy and talented (including the Beatles and Stones) in that era. Frankly, if I was younger, I’d be looking towards this sort of thinking myself.

Their brains have long since been drained there on the Hill. Nothing left. The REAL intelligence is found among the American people — the ones who make the country run! Only the stupidest and dimmest bulbs are constantly trying to convince others of their superior intelligence. Those who are intelligent have nothing to prove.

Huh? Meaning the government won't be subsidizing Obamacare? That's how the sentence reads, but I doubt that will happen. They'll just print the money they need.
