The decision to keep U.S. personnel in Benghazi with substandard security was made at the highest levels of the State Department by officials who have so far escaped blame over the Sept. 11 attack, according to a review of recent congressional testimony and internal State Department memos by Fox News.
Nine months before the assault that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others, State Department Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy signed off on an internal memo that green-lighted the Benghazi operation.
The December 2011 memo from Jeffrey Feltman -- then-Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs (NEA) -- pledged "to rapidly implement a series of corrective security measures." However, no substantial improvements were made, according to congressional testimony to the House oversight committee from Regional Security Officer Eric Nordstrom.

I think we should all plan a march on Washington for this September 11th to demand the truth about Benghazi. We should make it bigger than the 9/12 march was.
Now that it's reaching into the Clinton level obviously the next phase will be a finding the the central fuel tank in the building exploded. That is what caused the damage. There was no attack.

I realize this is off topic, but as it relates to the final assault on the Waco farm house, it is scarey to know that Hillary was in charge of the operation from the White House.

Simple facs about Benghazi:
Naval Air Station Sigonella (Sicily) 468 miles from Benghazi
NAS Sigonella houses 2930 full time military personel
NAS Sigonella in the home base of the 6th Fleet Mediteranian
NAS Sigonella provides operational support for a rotational VP squadron, an HC squadron, C-2, C-9 and C-130 squadrons and shore-based fleet aircraft.
Which begs the question where was the 6th fleet. Better yet, what is the 6th Fleet?
Briefly some assets:
Sixth Fleet, consists of approximately 40 ships, 175 aircraft and 21,000 people. The Sixth Fleet in the Mediterranean is the major operational component of Naval Forces Europe. The principal striking power of the Sixth Fleet resides in its aircraft carriers and the modern jet aircraft, its submarines, and its reinforced battalion of US Marines on board amphibious ships deployed in the Mediterranean.
But let us skip past NAS Sigonella and the 1800 combat ready US Marines on the 6th Fleet.
Let us speculate that the US had Zero assets in the area and the nearest ship to Benghazi was sitting in New York Harbor.
When the US Embassy was attacked, the ship in the Harbor should have recalled all personel with the order to set sail immediately to the Mediterranean and they would receive further orders once under way.
That didn’t even happen.
Stand down was the order.
General Ham had been in command of the initial 2011 US-NATO military intervention in Libya who, like Admiral Gaouette, was fired by Obama. And as we can, in part, read from US military insider accounts of this growing internal conflict between the White House and US Military leaders:
“The information I heard today was that General [Carter] Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.
General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.”
