They have none ~ they have speech restrictions and they have libel and slander laws which are administered by the courts.

UK: If you can prove or have justifiable grounds to believe your statement is correct ,you can say it.
Unless it's against mudslimes.Or any other ‘special’ group.
EU: Say it from the safety of the US.
