Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

The mom is shaking her head and mumbling something to dad. Uh oh...
Bench talk now. (I can see but can’t hear worth a diddly damn). I assume there is no audio. I wonder if the witness can be rehabilitated?
You BAD.
RE: speaking objection. He may want to renew an earlier objection to her testimony or something that requires him to say something that the jury should not hear.
How can they release a juror just for the day? The jury is supposed to consider the entire trial, every witness, their testimony and their behavior on the stand. Doesn’t make sense to let a juror out for a day and then to return, especially when the jury is sequestered.
I’m watching HLN; are their commentators watching their own broadcast. They seem to think she’s doing very well.
No, West is still going.
“maus” = my house
I read over 200 posts to catch up and have the link and sound workin and I swear I thought the same thing
RIIIIIPPPPPp
Shep Smith and his guest were talking about how poorly this is going for Zimmerman. They want Zimmerman to be guilty so badly that they are basically living in their own world.
HLN always tries to keep the audience tuned in by making up stuff us mere mortals couldn’t possibly understand.
Smith is a hysterical fool. Can’t expect anything else.
You nailed it..
Her best chance at rehab is to get on the TV show, “Extreme Weight Loss” and compete against George Zimmerman.
Oh! Thanks.

the world is getting pretty dumb. They’ll might be seeing things eye to eye as the jury.
I heard that, too. Like parallel realities.
