Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the “big question”:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] … only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmerman’s praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the State’s witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this morning’s hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the State’s case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

Rachel is gonna blow the prosecution’s phony case off of the tracks for them.

Thank God this is over for the day. I had come in from mowing because it was raining, it stopped awhile ago and I was dawdling. I will tune in tomorrow. This is too good to miss.

Commentators on WESH are saying this witness has clearly been manipulated by the state and she is discredited by her own testimony!!!!

She only got one court outfit. And no place to sleep.

The judge admonished ‘Dee Dee’ to not talk about the case with ANYBODY, including the lawyers.
If the Defense is smart, they’ll have a PI keeping an eye on her tonight.
It was painful to watch her........but the talking legal heads seem to give her a pass, and score “Plus” for the prosecutors.
Maybe he was laughing so hard he was crying.
WESH commentators are saying the defense could not have ended it better today and this witness is impeached.

That would be over the top... but funny imho...
What is being ignored is the last sentence if her “depo”. She said, “you know it’s not”. Now just what does that mean, did she say it as a final revelation that it was indeed not Tayvon or a statement to the attorney in agreement, that they both knew it was not Trayvon.
And miss her nail appointment!!!!!!!!!!
And heaven forbid she shows up in court again wth the same nail color....
