Florida (The Gaslamp Post) Sanford police arrested 12 people, including children and teens, in connection with a mob beating of a pregnant woman. The brutal attack which comes almost a year after the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin in the same town, has many throughout the area shocked.
The fight which occurred at around 10:15 pm this past Sunday, is believed to have been part of an ongoing conflict between neighbors.
According to WKMG-TV, a six-month pregnant woman, Ashley Flournoy was attacked by a group of people Sunday night in the front yard of a home in the Daffodil Terrace area. Her mother and sister were also beaten when they tried to intervene and save the woman.
Neighbors say that one of the attackers had used a blunt object in the beating.
The 911 caller stated that they saw a man waving a gun to prevent anyone from trying to help the pregnant woman.
There was a gentlemen, standing there, with a gun, waving it saying if anybody jumped in he was gonna shoot, the woman said.

You’ll be a good long way from Sanford. Port Canaveral is fine and keep in mind their livelihood depends on happy and safe people! Have fun:)
Looks like that's the case. I hadn't seen any reference to the victims race before. That removes the racial element, but not the despicable behavior element.
I wonder if the so-called ‘Latinos’ or ‘Hispanics’ or whatever the hell that means today will join the negroes to fight the Italian-Americans, British-Americans, German-Americans, Jewish-Americans, Polish-Americans, Fillipino-Americans, Chinese-Americans, Thai-Americans, Indian, Indian-Americans?
Perhaps well have to fight the hypenateds.
What are you going to do with your gun while you’re on the boat? They have very strict airport style screening these days, and you don’t want to risk carrying it to the Caribbean. The penalty for an unlicensed firearm in Jamaica is hanging.
They probably had skittles too.
So, what does that say... it was planned, from the start. They targeted her specifically. Effing knuckledragging animals.
Yep. Slavery was the worst thing ever to befall this country... in ways we're only finding out. If you knowwhutimean.
“Yep. Slavery was the worst thing ever to befall this country... in ways we’re only finding out”
The motivation for it, cheap labor, are the very same reasons we are now preparing amnesty for the mexicans.
I guess I should have mentioned I live in Fla. within a 2 hour radius of Sanford. As far as being “armed to the teeth”, I can only speak for myself. maybe I am....maybe I’m not. ;>)
Cocoa Beach is fine. the town of Cocoa is riskier but you’ll be fine at the beach.
In video at site linked in #66, at 1:07, the victim is portayed as black....Ashley Flournoy
I’d say that is a distinct possibilit! Which by the way reminds me to ask what is the current status of the victim? Does anyone know?
Double the charges for the unborn child. Add hate crime to all charges. Oh, and don't forget to charge these scum with habitual first-degree oxygen theft.
At 1:05 in this video, Ashley Fluorney is black.
Are there other videos?
I have a married sister and bil who live in the Panhandle area. In regards to possible future living beyond where I live, it is the only area I am considering.
Well, there are two different videos showing both a white and a black victim. Someone has made a mistake.
