Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

They need an expert witness from the Social Security Administration to identify whether George used the correct SSN.
They need an expert witness from the DMV to verify the correctness of George’s Driver’s Licence.
They are calling George’s kindergarden teacher to recall how he had a ‘snit’ one time.
Etc., etc.
WESH attorneys are saying, there must be evidence of depraved mind for 2nd degree. Officer Smith and others were asked if depravity was noticed at time before and after shooting. They all testified it was not. Saying to an attorneys mind, it is a Perry Mason moment.

I pray to God that I would find the moral courage to resign and expose the whole fraud rather than railroad an innocent man. Instead BdlR has done everything in his power to cheat, withhold discovery evidence, use witless frauds and obvious liars as witnesses, tried to coerce GZ into a plea bargain by prosecuting his wife, and tried to bankrupt GZ’s defense fund by asking for exorbitant bail. Bernie deserves no mercy on this — he is no better than any of the corrupt scum in his chain of command.
unfortunately , the Judge sets the sentence.
She will max him out so even a lesser charge will put him in prison for most of his life.
George Zimmerman may have killed Mr. Martin. He may have killed him in self defense. I don’t know.
What I do know is that so far this evidence actually spports his defense.

I was in a jury pool once; and, the prosecution attorney told us that he was next doo neighbors with the defense attorney....a little too close for comfort.

character witnesses??? psychs??? they’ve pretty well covered the people involved at the time of the incident.
WESH Is saying, it could easily be dismissed although they don’t think the judge would do that. I hope it goes forward to the point it is proven that this trial happened only as appeasement to the race batters. Then GZ can sue them to hell and back.
