Texas Chaos Illustrates Left's Increasing Reliance on 'Mob Rule'
Big Government ^ | 6/28/2013 | Dr. Susan Berry

It appears from the actions of pro-abortion supporters in Texas on Tuesday night, "mob rule" is now the preferred way the left conducts legislative business. Gov. Rick Perry has called a special session of the Texas legislature on July 1st for another vote on a bill that will ban abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy and set higher health standards for abortion clinics to be brought forward.

It seems Obama’s Organizing for Action is quickly planning another “unruly mob” for that event.

State Sen. Wendy Davis (D) is being hailed as a new Democrat rock star for filibustering a bill that not only could save thousands of unborn babies’ lives but also the lives of their mothers from bacteria-laden Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics, as well as from the misdeeds of abortion facility staff members.

Rather than allow regular procedural rules guide the legislative process, Davis’ abortion supporters turned themselves into an “unruly mob,” interrupting the voting process after Davis did not meet the requirements of the filibuster, and preventing a vote by Republicans prior to midnight.

I have a feeling one will see Texas Rangers all over that senate area starting this coming Monday when the senate comes back into session. Anyone causing trouble in the senate should be marched out and arrested.

Er...”don’t mess with Texas”?

Unrule mobs probably get taken straight to the pokey down there.

The DemoQuacks have always been about mob rule . . . I’ll never forget my disgust when Obama ran the first time and was encouraging his supporters to just “get in the face” of the opposition.

They took their cue from the Wisconsin Democrats who kept our legislature in upheaval for a year and a half which resulted in the ill-fated Walker recall.

Either close the gallery or fill it with state troopers who WILL enforce decorum.

Hapless Republicans still don’t get it.

This is the way Communists seized power and ruled in every country.

In Nicaragua AFTER the revolution of ‘79, the Sandinistas mobilized mobs of “Turbas Divinas” (Divine Wind, a Maoist name) to terrorize any political opposition.

This is the same tactic.

Dewhurst looked like a deer in the headlights when the scum-girls started their jeering.

These were people screaming for the “right” to murder children. They play for keeps, because that’s what kind of thugs they are.

Will the Republicans in Austin get it? Or get blindsided...again?

Folks, things are truly getting serious. America has been dragged into a sewer by zero and his thugistas and they won’t stop until we are ALL covered in filth.

You thought his first term was bad?? He is tripling down on making America the newest socialist prison for “we, the people”! If we don’t act NOW, we won’t have another opportunity in the future because he is putting padlocks on all of the corral’s gates so none of the horses (us) escape!!

I’m thinking that maybe us Texas FReepers should have a get together in Austin for a couple of days. Good food, good booze, good music and during the day we can get a lesson on civics by visiting our states Capitol

They will use the Troopers that guard the capital. The Rangers are not the Rangers they used to be and are mainly detectives now.

“They will use the Troopers that guard the capital. The Rangers are not the Rangers they used to be and are mainly detectives now.”

During Clinton’s second term (those years), was when the New Black Panthers appeared in Houston at the state Republican Convention with faces covered and all had shotguns and surrounded my husband who was in a wheelchair and he couldn’t get past them. The cops stood on the sidewalk across the street and did nothing. A Texas Ranger walked into the middle of the Panthers and told them to let Bill pass and for them to leave - they left. A Ranger did that.
