A picture of defense attorney Don West eating ice cream with two of his daughters went viral in social media Friday.

West "was doing something he does almost every day, an old tradition with his daughters," said Vincent. "They went out for ice cream. Don had no idea that she'd post it on Instagram.",
Vincent said West did not know anything about the comment. The photo was taken Monday after his opening statement's knock, knock joke. He posted it later during the week.

If this was posted after the opening statements no big deal. But the fact that it becomes viral NOW makes it look like the daughter is referring to Jeantel (beating stupidity)........

Unfortunately, I don't believe that Don West is doing such an all-fired up good job, with his antics & stupid knock-knock joke, then he later came back to the knock-knock joke & now his daughter tweets an equally stupid phrase. O'Mara needs to sit Don West down, tell him to focus on the trial, quit trying to be a comedian, and tell West to tell his immediate family to cease & desist on any more instagrams or face books or tweeting about the case. IMO Don West is undermining the defense for GZ, which should be an open & shut case for the defense.

Nothing will come of the pic, the jury doesn’t know about it. It has zero impact on anything. West and MoM have been on their game since day one of this trial, and nothing has distracted them from job of defending GZ.
