“You need to take the log out of your own eye
He was not told to stay in the car in fact he was twice told to keep an eye on him. ( testimony by dispatcher this week dispatcher confirmed both)
Dispatcher also requested he find an address. Since TM was no longer in view he got out of car to get address
Look at the video before you open your mouth again
Its posted here for a reason”
The video is GZ words, not what the actual operator’s words were. The dispatcher told him not to get out of the car.
“The dispatcher told him not to get out of the car.”
Not true. The dispatcher told GZ not to follow him. According to the Zimmerman reenactment video, he was walking and upon being told this, he replied “OK” and turned around and walked back to his vehicle. He then came upon Martin.
That is simply not true. The 911 tape clearly shows that Zimmerman says, "He's running," and you then hear him exiting the vehicle. After a few seconds where you can hear the wind, indicating Zimmerman walking fast or running, you hear the Dispatcher asked Zimmerman if he was following him (Martin). Zimmermans says he is, and the Dispatcher then says, "Okay. We don't need you do that." Zimmerman then says, "Okay." (Zimmerman later stated that at this point he starts walking back to his vehicle where he's confronted by Martin along the way) At trial, the Dispatcher stated that his words were only a suggestion, not a command, as they are not allowed to order people what to do for liability purposes.
You're starting to make me think that you're not letting the facts get in the way of your bias. Please prove me wrong.
Wrong
Didn’t you listen to the testimony of the dispatcher this week?
He specifically was asked if he told him to stay in the car. He replied no. In fact he did NOT have the authority to do that. The actual tape was played. It was pointed out the dispatcher told him twice to keep an eye on TM. The dispatcher even admitted that could easily be interpretated to do exactly what Z did
You obviously are prejudice against Hispanics
Or you would follow the testimony of the trial instead of making wild unsubstantiated lies
You are flat out wrong. This is proof that you don’t want facts to get in your way. The dispatcher asked GZ where TM was going and GZ got out of the car to look for his direction. The dispatcher then asked, ‘are you following him’ and GZ said YES and the dispatcher said ‘we don’t need you to do that’, implying it’s not necessary, not at all that he told him NOT TO.
You are just blindly defending the race baiters without a desire in your heart for what actually happened. tsk tsk.
Are you aware the NEN operator testified that he didn't even know that Zimmerman was in a car at the time of the call?
