If the trial jury acquits him the feds will retry him on a civil rights violation that they will get a conviction on and send him up for 5 years in the federal pen. A political federal trial will get a conviction. Juries can be made to understand that their future welfare and that of their families can depend on a correct decision.
After acquittal, Holder will bring the "violation of civil rights" charges: it violates the rights of a violent thug of color to be taken out by a "white" victim, even if the "white" victim has black & Hispanic genes and heritage.
