Obama dares young Africans to seize their future
Snip: The White House says Obama's electricity initiative, dubbed "Power Africa," symbolizes the type of cross-continent ventures the president seeks. Backed by $7 billion in U.S. investment, the power program will focus on expanding access to electricity in six African countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria and Tanzania.

So how does the House let Obama give 7B of OUR money to Africa? How is it that he is free to do this? Don’t they have to approve?
That's a complicated question, but Obama Adm always aims for two-fers or three-fers.
1) Pumping up his rightfully deflated image by;
a) Sucking the blood out of Mandela's memory before he is dead. Didn't Obama get a scare and change Africa trip to leave earlier than planned? Then, when he learned that the Mandela family wasn't going to grant him access to Mandela for a photo op, he announced in punk fashion that he didn't need no photo-op with Mandela.
Does that remind anyone of Obama's other recent punk statement, after suffering humiliation: ""No, I'm not going to be scrambling jets to get a 29-year-old hacker,"
b) ) Sucking the blood out of Mandela's and RFK's memory with his Cape Town speech.
2) Michelle and kids and 1000 attendants needed a VACA (where did I see 1000 attendants?)---with enough scheduled appointments to justify $100 mil "business trip"
