Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Some would stay in the car..some would get the car the hell out of there because Martin could have shot him..and others with a gun could have gone looking for him.

Zimmerman never claimed to be in fear for his life while he was in the car. That’s a strawman. I don’t know who raised it, I don’t think it was raised in questioning by the investigators, nor was it claimed at trial.
You don’t get out of the car if you are in fear
If I am in the jury box I am going to wonder about that.

Well, hell’s bells...I still feel fear when I have to get in front of a group of people and speak. But I still do it. But you need to understand that this type of fear is NOT fear for your life.
So in your world, a man who is a neighborhood watchman, with his OWN protection, is going to drive away cuz he’s scared of skittles? That’s a stretch.

Actually, I meant it for you. It is valid to buttress (back up) in a positive way what you’ve been posting. That’s all I was doing. We can post positively to support what one is saying. The rule is, if you go after someone in a post but you’re posting it to another, you ping that someone. I’m not going to go after anyone. I liked your viewpoint but was adding mine in my own words to go with yours.

Uh, ok. So what? Why does that indict Z? What part of self defense required him to be scared while in his car?
The word fear didn’t come up during the reenactment until GZ was getting his head bashed...
She doesn’t know she’s just reading tweets from talking heads and such. She has no clue when the term “in fear” was used or by who used it.
Serino mentioned that TM may have been taping the encounter. That was to press GZ to change his story. Serino pressed him hard. GZ said he was glad for the tape.

Juries are hard to read. It’s all how it’s framed up in closing arguments. IMHO.
