I know that he gets zillions of emails every day, so many he can't possibly have time to read them, and also, those emails represent the thoughts of his listeners, where as FR represents the thoughts of "conservative"

The only emails Rush reads after they have been screened by his staff, are from those who subscribe to his 24/7 news letter.

As for FR, it's nothing more than a convenient marketplace of news articles that he can pick and choose from for his show prep. Hannity does the same.......

As for actually reading the comments here, he doesn't have the time nor would he be influenced in his opinions if he actually did read the comments.

You are no doubt correct. FR represents the thoughts of conservatives in that it indicates the topics that are of interest for discussion.
