Gee, I wonder why that doesn’t make me feel any better about Zimmerman’s chances.

Six Jurors, not twelve on a Murder Case, ludicrous.

All Women, no offense to FReeper Women, but what are the chances that a majority of those Women are High Information Voters?

I have always believed in the saying, I would rather be Judged by Twelve than carried by Six. Being Judged by only Six would give me pause.

This goes along with my experience.

While riding an elevator with a defense attorney I observed challenging all the men and only would agree to female jurors, I asked him why?

We were alone and he said the facts of the case were solid against his client so he was going the emotional route. He said men focus generally more on facts while women generally go with emotion. . .and he needed emotion at play.

I said, but wait, isn’t a trial supposed to go with fact and then in the punishment phase you can bring in emotion? He just grinned and exited.

I’ve been thinking the same thing since day 1 of the trial. I actually suspected it before that, but the proceedings on the first day clinched it for me.

I think because of the comments made by the idiot in the WH, Florida was forced to bring this to trial. Anyone who bothers to learn the facts cannot help but conclude that GZ is innocent. Unless there is some as yet unknown bombshell evidence against him, it is inconceivable that he would be found guilty.

If the jury finds for the prosecution because of the threat of violence, then they have failed to do the job they were sworn to do. Trials are about the innocence or guilt of the defendant, not about how the rest of society may or may not react.

I am hoping this trial will continue to make the race-baiters look like the fools they are. I am hoping it exposes how the race-baiting hustlers prey on everyone and how they do more damage to blacks than they do to anyone else.

The biased Judge disallowed bring up Treyvooooon Martin’s education and personal record -

She let George Zimmerman’s college info, grades, and instructors be picked apart by the prosecutors and his application records for employment in LE

Listening to women TV show hosts or “expert” guests proves that their personal lives and experiences qualifies them to work in hs cafeteria serving up mushy vegetables

“That does not justify using deadly force.... he was only punched a few times.....”

The defense needs to bring in a top brain surgeon and ask him an example of few blows to the head resulting in major trama and death.

Also I have no idea how the state considers a tall 17 or 18 year old athletic young man to be a “minor”

There are numerous cases where a teenager has been tried and convicted as an adult

- Did the autopsy take samples of Treyooooon’s hair and blood?

Drug use would likely show up -

The Judge alone should be sufficient for an appeal if Zimmerman is convicted of anything.

Cases like this reduce the chances for employment for all baracks - 99% of baracks want Zimmerman put to death or eliminated in ay way possible

The same 99% that voted for Barack “Man-Date” Obama Junior

As with Secret Agent, I agree with you logically. Just dont have any confidence that the 6 woman jury aren’t going to give into the emotional outburst.

What I think the Mother is going to say, really. If this were decided on the facts of the case, its hands down not guilty....but sadly I dont think we live in a country anymore where people value facts over emotion.

Yes, this is possible. And I guarantee this is the whitest jury Zimmerman will get.

Yes.

The true purpose of this case is that they want law abiding citizens to be afraid of defending themselves and this comes all the way from the community organizer in chief's office.

Didn't he thrust himself into the case?

"If I had a son..."

Oh, Good Lord, he made that about himself too...

Sicced the DOJ on him.

And also to fire up racial hatred. Heinous crimes of black on White violence every week but we hear nada from the dncmsm.

This is why Zimmerman is guilty in the court of public opinion. Courtrooms still put a great deal of weight on facts. The thing is, unlike the court of public opinion, both sides do get their say, for the most part.

Also, each jury member knows that, unlike in the public opinion courtroom, their decision directly affects people’s lives.

LOL, or our whole discussion could be moot because the prosecution could A. Not close with the mother, B. the mother could come off as angry and not sympathetic, C. they could end up closing with an INSANE medical examiner which would render the mothers testimony the most forgettable of the day and D. the defense could present the defendants mom and uncle either of which were FAR more credible than the “victims” mom.

Stunning. These prosecutors are the keystone cops.
