Oh, it may indeed be grounds for a mistrial, but frankly I dont think the prosecution or the Judge care about that. I believe they are under orders to do what they can to avoid riots.
So even though there is no case, you charge him and go to trial. You get a conviction.
If, after a while it gets declared a mistrial then no one cares...the race-pimps get their moment in the sun and the perpetually offended have moved on to some other point in the “struggle”...
But I believe the Judge does indeed have the discretion to allow the prosecution to introduce lesser included offenses. Of course, they’d have to make the case why its necessary to do so at such a late date, but she’s given in to every other thing they want.
I pray for the day. Sooner the better.
given they charged him 40 days after the police interviewed him multiple times and didn’t arrest him, i totally believe they were ordered to bring the case.
Unless Trayvon pops out and says his death was all a fake,
If GZ is found innocent they are going to riot no matter what. 97% of Blacks are Liberals and to Liberals Facts mean nothing.
Trayvon's father could get on the stand and admit he told Trayvon to go back and kill that MF Cracker and it still won't matter. They will still riot.
They are planning the riots now.
Be prepared
yeah, i know, i was just saying where i had heard that. they must have been wrong.
I think doing so would devastate their case before the jury. Seriously.
I don’t know the protocol/procedures and the legality of how the manslaughter charge could be entered into a motion. If the judge does not allow the lesser charge to come in, the jury has to find him either guilty of second degree murder or not guilty unless there is a hung jury. One person who could vote for him as not guilty, would bring the hung jury. I heard some attorneys from Florida say the state may have overcharged in hoping the judge would ask for the manslaughter charge and Zimmerman would be punished giving something to the family.
Because some are more equal.
The experts really dont scare me...both sides will have experts that say the opposite things. What scares me more is that we have a judge that clearly favors the State, and they are allowing someone to testify who’s sole and utter purpose is to try to get the jurors to decide based on emotion, which is exactly the opposite of what the law demands they do.
I’m a big guy and I play a lot of basketball. I can overcome if the other team has a good player. I can’t overcome if the zebras are determined that I lose.
So how can TM’s mom testify?
Besides if she testifies to what an angel her baby was, seems that would open the door to bringing out the drugs in TM’s system.
Yeah, and really I think a hung jury just stalls the inevitable, because a) the prosecution can’t possibly do worse than they have and b) I’m certain that the jury makeup would get worse.
I really hope I’m wrong, and 15 years of marriage have taught me I’m certainly capable of it.
Close. She’ll be on Maury next week.

I would like to learn the reason that Zimmerman is labeled “Hispanic.” Just curious. My understanding is that his mother is of Peruvian (i.e., South/Central American) Indian ancestry, with a Spanish surname as is the case with untold numbers of South/Central American natives having no Spanish ancestry at all. Is this what makes George Z. “Hispanic?”
I hope your right. Logically you are right. But emotional people tend to always see the middle between two extremes as the best path, even if the middle wrong as one of the extremes.
In politics, they are known as moderates.
I believe parents of the victim are excepted from the rule.
Jeantays Racial Slurs in B flat?
A manslaughter conviction of a minor (someone 17 and under) in Florida is 30 years. If Zimmerman is not found innocent he goes for many, many years. But within the first year he’ll be beat to death by gangbangers.
Ive heard that manslaughter carries a mandatory 30 years in Florida.
