After decades and trillions of dollars black folks in urban kill zones such as Chicago are less safe than when they were back in the days of slavery when they were on the plantation. Today, urban blacks in areas like Chicago are getting killed in droves but Mr. Bailey wants to opine about a mostly unwhite guy killing a gangster wanna be who was dumb enough and maybe stoned enough to listen to some fat chick with an attitude goad and nudge him in to banging on aforementioned unwhite guy. The joke, if you will, is not only on the American taxpayer and working folk but also on urban blacks that are stuck in these kill zones. Should they blame whitey about their situation?
