US President Barack Obama quietly signed his name to an Executive Order on Friday, allowing the White House to control all private communications in the country in the name of national security.
President Obama released his latest Executive Order on Friday, July 6, a 2,205-word statement offered as the “Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions.” And although the president chose not to commemorate the signing with much fanfare, the powers he provides to himself and the federal government under the latest order are among the most far-reaching yet of any of his executive decisions.
“The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions,” the president begins the order. “Survivable, resilient, enduring and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies and other nations.”
President Obama adds that it is necessary for the government to be able to reach anyone in the country during situations it considers critical, writing, “Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies and improve national resilience.” Later the president explains that such could be done by establishing a “joint industry-Government center that is capable of assisting in the initiation, coordination, restoration and reconstitution of NS/EP [national security and emergency preparedness] communications services or facilities under all conditions of emerging threats, crisis or emergency.”
“The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of NS/EP communications policies, programs and capabilities,” he adds.

During that election, lawyers connected with the Racial Grievance Industry got a local court to declare that not enough voters - in certain voting districts of the city - had known where the polling places were, and that, for that reason, those polling places would remain open for another hour or two past the statutory time that all polling places were supposed to close state-wide.
As soon as this order - from a judge - was entered, the city activated its reverse 9-1-1 system, and informed the people - in the districts that were named in the judge's ruling - that they could still vote until much later. The "reverse 9-1-1" system is capable of placing tens of thousands of pre-recorded "robo calls" nearly simultaneously. These very expensive systems were built using government money; some elements of the systems were incorporated directly into the infrastructure of the telephone system under orders from the Federal Government.
This was done in the interests of "national security."

In Brazil, poor people are rioting over the money Brazil has spent to host the olympics. Across the Middle East, people rioted and had civil wars over politicians that never leave. Egypt has just thrown out their second leader in two years! In some parts of the world, freedom and liberty still mean something. In the 1980s, one young man in Tienanmen Square in China had the courage to face down a tank.
But, NOT in America. We have become too apathetic to get off our butts and fight for the country we claim to love. We’re too sure that we can fix the ills of our country at the next election by re-electing the same people who created the problems. We can’t be bothered to go into the streets en masse and tell the politicians that Fast & Furious is not ok; that Benghazi was murder committed at the highest levels and someone needs to be held accountable; that spying on American citizens in clear violation of the 4th Amendment is an outrage that needs to be addressed; that holding America hostage to the oppressive and tyrannical demands of a fraudulent leader who wants to deprive us of a major source of electrical power by banning coal-fired power plants is not the direction America wants or needs to take; that dismantling the military to pretend that our multi-trillion dollar deficit is getting better not worse is the worst kind of fraud.
Yeah, doing something to stand up for America and opposing the direction into which we are being dragged is just too much work; let someone else do it because we have to work even though the new immigration bill passed by the Senate penalizes employers $5000 for hiring American citizens to do the job an illegal should have.
If we start now, we may be able to make it through every national cemetary apologizing to the veterans who gave their lives fighting just so we could come to this point in our history!
