I agree, DRT! I think we all should purchase one, and then I think we need to have a license to operate it - anyone know?
a license is required, (but enforcement of that requirement may depend upon circumstances)
I have a 10 meter 50 watt w upper and lower sideband, am/fm cb and Morse code. It will be critical to communicate with other cells in the south.

Don’t transmit. Unless SHTF and then only when absolutely necessary do so briefly, then change your location.

General is slightly hard.
