Today, July 8th, is DAY #20 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State wrapped up their case last Friday and the first two defense witnesses took the stand. George Zimmermans mom, Gladys, and his uncle, Jorge, both testified it was George screaming for help on the 911 tapes. A good analysis of the events from last week and the failed JOA is available HERE:
Against the backdrop of a really weak prosecutorial case filled with lies, deception and outright fraud, the Defense begins today. From the outset of our research, over 15+ months ago, we have asserted this is not a legal case. Far from it, the reality is, as we have outlined continuously, the State V. Zimmerman case is a political case.
During the past year we have outlined who, what, where and why. We have left no stone unturned; We have exposed every ounce of rot we could drag from the shadows and hold up to the disinfection of sunlight. Corruption surrounds this case. We Treepers, as a collective group, have invested well in excess of 10,000 hours of research; Not only in person and on the ground, but also with public records searches and FOIA submissions. The archives for this case -on this site- exceed 1,000 threads of meticulously cited, researched and attributed information.
Now, finally, we all watch together and see how the Defense team utilize their skill to connect all the dots, and perhaps reconcile the political prosecution for the jury to witness.

Could she have been there and Serino not seen her or not remembered her being there?
TM passing SF a note, it appears.
DHS terror-list word had been uttered.
That’s hardly impeaching. Impeaching is to show a witness is lying, and to discredit. At least I think it means a witness is being shady.
Which site are you watching the feed from? Legal Insurrection’s feed is steady (at least, today).

Quick Bernie — pull out the fu***ng punks tape again.
fyi—whenever I see BDLR—I think Bad Lawyer!
Wonder if OMO can ask why it took st. skittles daddy-o a day or two to find out where his son was?
This playing of the 911 for daddy happened days after the fact.
More like a miracle...
Cops testify all the time about things said to them....Absolutely. However if the cop tried to testify that witness A said witness B told the cop that witness B said “....” THAT would be hearsay.
This judge is the female version of Milo O’Shea who just passed btw.
Could they put Zimmerman on the stand to only scream the same scream he yelled out on that fateful night, or would that open him up to further questions, if he only sat on the stand and screamed the same words?
I’ve been watching it on WILD ABOUT TRIAL and it’s GONE.
Poof. BDLR said the word ‘dead’ too many times and it blew all the circuits.
Serino heard the NO and saw his mouth as he said it. It was NO.
Ok, lets go Bernie, just get to your point and quit asking the same questions.
The government prosecution got no where here..
The attorney beat the sympathy bit into jury annoyance..
Yep. A lot of back and forth. She doesn’t know who she’s more pissed at.
Bernie flailing around and not getting traction. Good point above about MOM bringing in the time frame of when this interview took place and also when they were able to make initial notification.
He was such a good character actor. That whole cast, IMHO, of the Verdict was spot on.
>> They caught a lot of heat over their WWII ribbons.
I wonder if she did it on purpose to mess with Bernie.
Bernie: “Wear lots of bling when you testify for the prosecution, Doris! We’re paying your salary... you better put on a good show, you know, look CREDIBLE...”
Doris: “Right, Bernie...”
Doris (to herself): “Yeah, just wait, dork... you want bling, you’ll GET bling... gonna make you look like the silly goose you are...”
