FORT HOOD (July 9, 2013)—During a brief final pretrial hearing Tuesday, military judge Col. Tara Osborn ordered Fort Hood gunman Maj. Nidal Hasan to wear his uniform during his court-martial and admonished him for releasing sealed information to the media.
Hasan told the judge Tuesday he took no pride in his uniform, but Osborn said he would be forced, if necessary, to wear it during the court-martial.
Ordinarily a military defendant would appear in full dress uniform, but for medical reasons Hasan is being permitted wear looser-fitting ACUs, short for Army combat uniform.

Why couldn’t he be discharged for failure to comply to military standards and, thereby, stop receiving a paycheck?

I don't know much at all about the Army, but setting aside 140 officers from their duties to find this dirtbag guilty sounds ridiculous.
Didn't Hasan go allah akbar nuts over four years ago? We won WWII in less time. As a muzzie, Hasan should have gone to a military commission of the sort FDR set up for the German saboteurs. What, five weeks to hang most of them?

It has been three years and seven months since this piece of shite murdered those soldiers. Why is this taking so long? When German saboteurs were captured out of uniform in the U.S. in 1942 they were executed within thirty days. Hassan has had hundreds of thousands of army pay deposited in his bank account since he was arrested. Who is going to get that money?
There is NO question the Jihadist is guilty. Sheesh, how many people were in that room that survived and know he was the shooter? Dozens and dozens? WTF? Over.
