In still one more of her prosecution-friendly rulings in the second degree murder trial Florida v. George Zimmerman, Judge Debra Nelson ruled on Wednesday that the jury will not see the many texts and photos on Trayvon Martin’s phones dealing with guns and fighting.
The ruling followed a lengthy, televised presentation by phone expert Richard Connor Tuesday night on the contents of Martin’s phone. Although the jury was not present, the media were and have no excuse for not reporting what Connor revealed.
As the texts made clear, the Martin family attorneys knew what they were doing when they moved to seal Martin’s school records even before the story went public.
This exchange between Martin and a female friend on Nov. 21, 2011, three months before his death, spoke to where his life was heading.
After he told her he was “tired and sore” from a fight, she asked him why he fought. “Bae” is shorthand for “babe.”
MARTIN: Cause man dat nigga snitched on me
FRIEND: Bae y you always fightinqq man, you got suspended?
MARTIN: Naw we thumped afta skool in a duckd off spot
FRIEND: Ohh, Well Damee

Check out those texts, obviously Trayvon was a pillar of the community/sarc..had he lived he would have gone on to gang bang and kill some innocent person, it was all a matter of time
yeah but the jury has the final say, not judge chris farley. she’s done all she can do for the prosecution, but doing this doesn’t make them disprove zimmerman’s account. to view it the prosecution’s way trayvon’s the saint and george is pure evil. nothing panned out like that, everything supports george’s story including state evidence and almost all state witnesses.
the defense needs to close with arguments about what if this was your brother, husband, boyfriend - or even them - and you lived in an area where crime was increasing, and he or them, gets in such a situation. your story is consistent, you’re cooperative, your story matches the evidence, even the cops say so to the point after they do their investigation, you’re not arrested and no charges are pressed, and then because of the color f the person youshot, the president interjects himself personally against you, sends the doj down to make it appear people are upset you weren’t charged, al sharpton and jesse come down to play their race cards, and now the police under federal pressure change their mind and arrest you 40 days later.
they need to pose their closing in this kind of manner.

I would think that the cell phone, at least the records from that evening would be evidence. One, that he was talking with DD, and she said he was texting at the same time to another person. Would seem that is evidence that would prove/disprove DD’s testimony. (You know, the gal that wrote the letter, but couldn’t read it as it was in cursive.)

He could have been talking about Zimmerman. It was only time before he would have killed someone.
The Zimmerman defense ought to have the trial dismissed asap due to the judge’s lack of impartiality.

Seems that she has her marching orders and suddenly it isn’t going so well - not going to get that promotion to Ambassador to France she was promised.
Should be read out loud in court with the mother asked if she recognizes those texts from her son.
This is messed up. It sure as hell should have been permissible and we all know it. Any freaking judge should have the sense of rule of law to permit it. How did we get to the point of having so many f’d up liberals in positions of power?

Her asking Zimmerman before the defense rested their case if he understood his right to testify was bizarre to say the least.
Now this ruling just adds to the growing suspicion that she is in the tank for the prosecution.
