In thinking about all this, what do we have here? We have yet another instance where the Regime, thru prompting of leftist bloggers, pumped up a self-defense shooting into a national story. The Regime has once again inflamed racial hatred, tension, and division; and to what end? Thankfully, in the end, the jury came to the right decision in a trial that should have never happened in the first place, and it has cost millions to arrive here.
And for what purpose did the Regime, and its sycophants in the media, choose to hype up this particular case? My presumption was it ultimately was intended as no more than a distraction during the election to diminish the time available to talk about the abysmal record of this administration. My only hope now is with the blow up of the IRS scandals and NSA scandals, on top of the gun running scandals, and Benghazi, that we reach critical mass and this Regime implodes on itself.

Did you ever see anything as confusing as the FL jury instructions on manslaughter?
I always thought it would be a tactical error to plead SYG, but GZ almost got hung over the issue of “culpable negligence” and whether or not CCW = “intent”.
It turns out that his most straightforward defense was that he had the right to be where he was, and Martin had no right to be banging on his head.
I’m still worried about the general application of SYG (being a common law fan like I am), but in this case it looks like it would have helped GZ.
I’m hoping. I think with elections around the corner they will at least fake it.
