Appearing on MSNBC this morning, Jesse Jackson condemned the Zimmerman verdict as a "tremendous miscarriage of justice." It is a mark of Jackson's misconception of just what constitutes justice that chief among his complaints was that Trayvon Martin was denied a jury of his peers because there were no African-Americans or men on it.
But—as Jackson is apparently unaware—the Constitution provides that it is the accused, not the possible victim, who is entitled to an impartial jury [in fact the Constitution nowhere speaks of a jury of peers].

When he says Trayvon should have been judged by his peers what he means is:
Trayvon should have been shot by another black gun dealing gangbanger high on drugs instead of just by some pudgy little mixed race insurance salesman. Jesse is embarrassed for Trayvon’s street cred.
Essentially, this is a claim that shows that Blacks are "different", which is EXACTLY what the Progressivdes are all about....singling out particular Special Interests (faggots and dykes, Women, Blacks, Hispanics, etc.) for Special Treatment and Special Recognition. They CANNOT survive when all of us are just Americans, holding the same Values, and moral principles.
If you ain't Black; you ain't fair to Blacks....THAT keeps them employed, in Power, and in the Media's limelight.

One of the best things about affirmative action is that it helps assure that a mildly retarded jack@ss like Jesse Jackson is going to end up as a "leader" in his socio-economic group. It helps reassure the civilized people in this country that they don't need to take any of them seriously in public life.
I believe, now that the verdict has been rendered...we the people should learn everything we can about Trayvon Martin, his background, both good and bad!!! The state of Florida did all they could to tarnish and destroy George Zimmerman...but....they treated Trayvon Martin with kid gloves!!! I believe Mr. Martin is not the cute, innocent, angel, little child we have seen pictured & portrayed throughout the trial!!! And.......by the way....where was moma & papa Martin when the verdict was read. i guess they lost interest in the case, when they walked into the court late on last Friday morning. What an act!!! From Obamabots, expect nothing less!!! Money is their object!!!
