WASHINGTON People who fire guns at drones are endangering the public and property and could be prosecuted or fined, the Federal Aviation Administration warned Friday.

Peta and others have drones. Some for harassing hunters and some to spy on neighbors. If I could see a government insignia on one I might not shoot at it.

I think some bird hunters in Ohio shot down a PETA drone last year. I believe it was at a charity “pigeon shoot” or whatever. Little bird size thing.

Roughly 120 feet before the pellets diverge too far to be effective. The cameras my company built were gyro stabilized and set up to work from 5 miles. The drones will mostly be out of unaided sight.
