Hmm interesting. I guess Nomex as suggested, or perhaps a retardant treated conventional textile. I’ve found fire retardants online that are a sprayable or soakable liquid. If the folks must smoke, that is, I might print the Surgeon General’s warning on the items. Trouble with smoking is that almost nobody does it “moderately” if at all. (My dad, interestingly enough, was someone with that kind of self control. He could smoke 1 cigarette a week.)
I should have checked Grainger! SHEESH....Im slipping! (thanks for the assist!!)...The ones they currently use cost over a hundred bucks a copy and are heavy as hell, for an elderly person!
