depressing links.
I still haven’t figured out what to do. How can they figure I can afford any insurance on my income? I go to the doctor when I need to and pay for it then. Much cheaper than paying for insurance which is for stuff I don’t need.

OT

You know what a DVR is right? Have you ever heard of one for radio? A Digital Radio Recorder (DRR) maybe?

I love the DVR on the TV because I can pause and rewind up to an hour in case I miss something even if it’s not recorded. Seems like they could easily make one for radio broadcasts.

Any ideas?

Thanks. I’m covered with excellent insurance (for now), but who knows the future. These are great links to have on hand.

Also from your link-— info on the status of individual state exchanges. PA, for example.

I wonder what percentage of adults have full-time jobs covered with group insurance?

You won’t pay a penalty if:

you are covered by your employer
you are covered by the government
(Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, TRICARE or the VA)
you already have purchased coverage that meets the requirements for a Bronze plan under the ACA
your income is low enough that your share of premiums (after federal subsidies and employer contributions) would total more than 8 percent of your income
your income is below the income tax filing threshold
you were uninsured for less than three months of the year (If over three, penalty is pro-rated)
you qualify for a religious exclusion
you are a member of a Native American tribe
you are an undocumented immigrant
you are in prison

“I wonder what percentage of adults have full-time jobs covered with group insurance?”

THAT would have to be the percentage of non-FED full-time employed adults!
