In our last year of operation, we actually fired (forced to retire) a sanitation dept. manager with over 35 years seniority who allegedly harassed a female who was an employee with an outside contractor doing our sanitation in the plant.
Mel was black and I knew him for all those 35 years. He was one of the nicest, friendliest and most respected manager that plant ever had.
I had no idea there was a medical treatment for being a scumbag. In fact, I had no idea that being a scumbag was even a medical condition.
Interesting turn of events. I hope they locked him out. :-)
